一、教研室基本情况

本学期艺术教研室成员由教授《艺术》,《职业素养》和《职场礼仪与沟通》三门课程的教师组成。

艺术教研室以课程标准为引领,深化课堂教学改革,着力打造博学严谨、德艺双馨的教师队伍。坚持将审美素养、创新精神与实践能力贯穿教学全过程,构建百花齐放、高效优质的艺术课堂。通过美育浸润,涵养学生审美情趣,提升综合素养,培育文明礼仪与沟通协作能力,以美育人、以文化人,陶冶高尚情操,温润心灵成长,助力学生健康快乐、全面发展。

二、本学期特色教研活动

(一)课堂教学工作:

1.以分组研讨形式,深入研读《艺术》《职业素养》《职场礼仪与沟通》课程标准,精准把握课程内涵与核心要求。结合三门课程特色,立足创新与实用,精心设计科学合理、可操作性强的教学设计方案,切实提升教学质量。教学中聚焦实践问题,遵循学生年龄特点与教育发展规律,有目标、有步骤地探索新型教学模式。全面践行新课程理念,积极创新教学路径与方法,坚持常态化教学反思与经验总结,着力打造优质高效的课堂教学。

2.围绕教学目标和任务设计,更新观念,积极开展“有效课堂”的探索。善于创设情境激发学生学习兴趣,努力寻找和总结“活动有效”、“探究有效”的课堂教学方法和模式,灵活运用各种教学方式和课程资源使课堂更高效更精彩。

3.倡导每位教师要对课堂教学内容进行重点化、主题化,在教学过程中创新优化课堂教学方法和教学模式,落实每人一节公开课,积极开展组内课堂教学“互听互比互评”活动,在教学中互相探讨,取长补短,共同进步。

(二)教研活动工作:

1.集体研讨备课,共同剖析课例,依据新时期职业教育政策变化和教改形式对平时教学中面临的问题及时展开讨论和研究,每一次教研活动要有专题、成系列,使每一位教师通过教研活动都有所收获。

2.积极开展形式丰富、特色鲜明的教研活动,以课堂教学为核心,以教学研究为载体,强化教师间的交流对话与经验共享。围绕学生艺术思维培养开展专题研讨,引导学生善于发现美、认识美、鉴赏美、热爱美,进而学会表现美、创造美,全面提升艺术素养与综合能力。通过教师间听课评课、相互观摩切磋,优化课堂评价方式,激发学生自信,让学生在学习中体验成功、收获成长。邀请专家名师开展教学技能培训,观摩优质课与示范课,拓宽教学视野,更新教育理念,优化教学模式,使学生在习得知识的同时浸润情感、陶冶情操,树立正确的审美观念。借鉴优秀院校艺术展演与实践成果,探索将课堂艺术实践向课外艺术社团延伸拓展,丰富学生艺术生活,发展艺术特长,彰显学生个性,在原有基础上不断创新突破。

(三)教科研工作:

1.积极组队参加各级教育行政部门或其主管业务部门组织的教学业务评选或比赛,做好青年教师的传、帮、带工作,培养年青教师,争创荣誉。

2.组织教研室教师指导学生参加潍坊市中小学生历届艺术展演等活动项目和优秀成果评选等活动。

3.组织教研室成员研讨对课程教材的选用,参与《艺术》等校本教材的开发,积极申报教改教学等课题项目,参与校内课程相关的实训室建设等工作。

4.组织教研室成员积极参与课程建设,落实教学平台、教学视频、课件、试题库等教学资源的建设工作。

5.配合学校和系部完成专业艺术人才培养方案,建设与规划,健全公共艺术等课程教学标准体系,促进校企合作,完成社会调查和实践任务。

6.协助学校和系部完成每学期省市组织的艺术素养测试试题库组建和艺术素养测试等工作。

(四)其他工作:

1.协助系部组织本教研室教师命制试题、批阅试卷、 评定成绩、分析试卷等考试活动。

2.做好本教研室教学、教科研、课程、师资等档案管理工作。

3.按时完成学校和系部安排的其他工作。
